    This is an interesting book for an expert researcher in Ethnography. Further Jim Thomas emancipates the philosophy of Critical Ethnography. This is useful to understand the philosophical standpoint being being a critical ethnographer; but for a doctoral student whose mired in different qualitative methods, this may not be a good start/5(7). Ethnography, then, named the process of learning what for the anthropologist was a new and different way of talking, thinking, and acting.
